Solaris (they/them) is a graduate of Discovery Point School of Massage. Their training includes a foundation in Swedish massage, neuromuscular and myofascial work, injury recovery, lymphatic facilitation, and Reiki. Their theoretical lineages include polyvagal theory, liberation psychology, somatic therapy, systems theory, racial, disability, and environmental justice movements, queer ecology, decolonization and Land Back movements, and relational-cultural psychotherapy.

Solaris specializes in working with emotional and nervous system issues, including individual and collective trauma, dysautonomia, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, autoimmune dysfunction, chronic stress, and more. Learn more about their work here.

Solaris approaches healing work from a social justice perspective, situating each individual within the larger, often oppressive systems we all live under.
